Should you receive the wrong item, please let us know that as well. Please include your order number, photos and as much detail as possible.
Due to the fact that our popcorn is an edible item, it is not refundable or returnable. Under no circumstances will a return be given due to a dislike of taste, smell or appearance of a product. Some of our products clump up during the production process and that is normal, it is not a reason for a refund or return either.
