I’ve always loved food.  It’s been an important part of my life and my family’s traditions for as long as I can remember.  I’m often asked what my favorite food is and every time my answer is the same: “sweets.”  It sounds silly, but it’s true!  Some of my fondest memories are about ice cream, cookies and, of course, popcorn!  Years ago, what started out as a simple conversation with my parents soon blossomed into a decision to pursue my dream: creating the best popcorn that anyone could enjoy!  So dig in, and who knows, maybe Berco’s will help you create some memories of your own!
